This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to implead the proposed respondent no.7/Tamil Nadu slum Clearance Board, Chennai-5, as respondent no. 7 in the writ petition.

2.Mr.K.Rajasekar, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the proposed 7th respondent and states that he has no objection for the proposed 7th respondent being impleaded in the writ petition.

3.In view of the above, this petition is allowed.
