This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na.Ka.4584/12/A2 dated 23/5/2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that patta No.1237 for S.No.338/3 of Karumathampatty Village, Sulor Taluk stands only in the name of the petitioner and hence according to him, the apprehension of the petitioner as raised in the writ petition is uncalled for. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
