The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the above appeal has already been disposed of by this Court on 07.12.2002, however, as against the said judgement, the appellant has preferred an appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court, wherein the said appeal was remanded for fresh adjudication before this Court.

Pursuant to which, this Court vide order dated 11.07.2017 has passed the subsequent award by enhancing the compensation.

2. In view of the above, no further orders is necessary in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
