ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition passed in Crl.O.P.No.9803 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.9803 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court at 10.30 a.m. once in fifteen days until further orders". The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 08.06.2026 cda 2/4
