Respondent Petition filed under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint an arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the petitioner and the respondent in terms of the Joint venture agreement dated 8.7.2015 read with Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

O R D E R

In view of the petitioner being a foreigner, the learned counsel for the respondent states that he has filed petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2. In view of the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition and states that a complete set of paper book may be handed over to him and advance notice be given when the petition is listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, so that both sides can appear before the Court. A complete set of paper book be handed over within a week.

3. The Original Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
