ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the minor daughter Nageswari, aged 17 years, before this Court, who is in the custody of the 3rd and 4th respondents and to handover to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the father of the detenue.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner on 24.11.2020. The complaint lodged by the petitioner itself has also been withdrawn. 4.In view of the above, the habeas corpus petition stands closed.
