2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Tribunal has directed the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company to pay the amounts awarded. The present petition is filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the appeal for enhancement of compensation. The petitioner is not seeking any relief against 1st respondent. Hence, notice to the 1st respondent may be dispensed with.
3.In view of the above submissions, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

Kj 4.The learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company submitted that the 2nd respondent has no objection in allowing this C.M.P.
5.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 53 days is condoned and this C.M.P. is ordered.
