ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.56 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengam, Thiruvannamalai District.

2. After hearing the detailed arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and when this Court was inclined to dismiss the Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial of C.C.No.56 of 2022, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
