ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 28.02.2025 Crl.OP.no.5097 of 2025 that "para 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
