PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1032 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai within the time limit.

The petitioner is the husband seeks direction for final disposal of the H.M.O.P 1032/2018 pending before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. From the docket sheet, it is found that the petitioner/husband has filed I.A for interim maintenance and for litigation expenses under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Counter of the husband is not yet filed and hence, it is hereby directed that counter in I.A shall be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Family Court is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act within a period of 12 weeks from the date of filing of the counter by the petitioner-husband herein.
