This writ petition has been filed, seeking to call for the records of the 2nd respondent dated 19.08.2015 vide proceedings Ref.No.2014/Sec(E)/PM-111 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the promotion by Cadre Restructuring System.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents based on the instruction dated 09.09.2018 submitted that the Cadre Restructuring System was issued by the 1st respondent on 01.07.2017 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
