Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.05.2014. For Petitioner : M/s.Karan and Uday For Respondents -1 to 3 : Ms.V.Usha, Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry).

O R D E R

The representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.05.2014 states about the illegal activities and forgery of Puducherry Kabadi Association. The said representation was submitted by the petitioner in the year 2014 and now six years have lapsed.

2. If at all the petitioner is possessing sufficient materials to establish any such illegal activities or forgery, then he is at liberty to submit all such materials with the Competent Authorities/respondents for consideration. In the event of availability of any materials for the purpose of initiation of action, then the respondents are directed to initiate proper action in the manner known to law.

3. With the abovesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
