W.P.No.22831 of 2012 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.283/2012/A5 dated 27.07.2012 and to quash the same, and for a consequential direction to the respondent to renew the lease/licence granted to the petitioner in respect of collection of toll fee at the cattle market (Attu Santhai) for a further period from September 2012, in accordance with the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.92 (Municipal Administration and Water Supply) dated 03.07.2007.
