This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent to quash the memo No.021112/288/Adm.I/A6/F.Doc./2014, dated 18.08.2014 and to grant scale of pay to the petitioner as per the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Proceedings (Per) B.P.(Ch) No.107 (Secretariat Branch) dated 16.06.2006. 2.
