These Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed for extension of time as the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.2227 to 2231 of 2017 dated 26.02.2020 as it could not be complied in view of the Lockdown due to Covid-19. The certified copy of the order was received only on 20.03.2020. Since the lockdown was imposed from 23.03.2020, the petitioner could not file the application before the respondent.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the time for filing arbitration claims in terms of Clause 20 of the agreement is extended for a further period of 4 weeks from today. If such Application if filed before the respondent within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent shall comply with the direction of this Court made in order dated 26.02.2020.

3.These Miscellaneous Petitions stand disposed of with the above observations.
