ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.16 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent police, would submit that the case has been altered from Sections 447, 427, 294(b), and 506(ii) IPC to Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. It is further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed on 09.11.2023 through e-filing No.C2300031. Additionally, the case in Crl.M.P. No.554 of 2025 is posted for hearing on 04.07.2025 for serving notice to the petitioner regarding the alteration of sections.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
