There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.20398 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20398 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021, has been complied with. She has also produced an letter before this Court vide order dated 24.11.2022 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.O2/21344/2021 stating that the respondents have paid a sum of Rs.3,26,585/- to the petitioner.
