This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the orders passed in Review Application No.53 of 2020, dated 19.04.2022.

2. Heard Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by either side that promotion to the post of Assistant Director has already been granted.
