This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No.135 of 2023, pending on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody from 06.06.2023 and seeks release of petitioner in bail. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner along with other accused caused disturbance to the temple festival and attacked public who participated in the temple festival. Petitioner is rowdy element and he has four cases pending in State of Tamil Nadu and nine cases pending in Puducherry, Union Territory of India. He apprehends that if petitioner release on bail, he would cause disturbance and interfere with the further investigation.

5.The fact that petitioner has multiple cases pending against him, shows merits in the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that if petitioner released in bail, he would interfere with the further investigation of the case.
