O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, this Court by an order dated 23.04.2021 in W.P.No.9214 of 2021 directed the 3rd respondent therein to proceed with the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks. Since the order was not complied within a stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Kumaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent submitted that, in pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had passed the order and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. Hence, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. Recording the above submissions, the order passed by this Court is duly complied with. Hence, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
