This petition filed for anticipatory bail apprehending, based on the complaint given by Usha, the petitioners may be arrested by the respondent police.

2. On instruction the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that due to money dispute, the petitioners have been given by one Usha, W/o Gunasekaran and taken as C.S.R.No.218 of 2023 on 03.05.2023. The petitioners called for enquiry and they have participated in the enquiry twice. On completion of enquiry, they will take proper decision based on the evidence.
