ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed upon the Petitioner/Accused in the Order dated 27.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.8252 of 2025 by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
