This writ petition is filed challenging the 1st respondent's Proceedings Roc.No. 38168/2013/J3 dated 12.8.2014 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to sanction medical leave for the period from 1.2.2007 to 18.7.2007 and the treat the period from 19.7.2007 to 17.8.2009 as compulsory wait and pay salary to the petitioner for the period from 1.2.2007 to 17.8.2009 and confer all the consequential benefits.
