Crl.O.P.No.15936 of 2024 rpl State submits that on completion of investigation, the final report in Crime No.139 of 2023 filed through e-filing on 14.06.2024 in E-filing No.C202400036 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur. 2.

In view of the said fact, nothing survives in this petition to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.139 of 2023. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he shall work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
