ORDER

The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14407 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025 with one of the condition that the petitioner shall Page No.1 of 4

report before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act Coimbatore daily at 10.30.a.m., till the completion of the trial.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is employed in the IT firm and due to the above condition, he could not attend his work and he is the sole breadwinner of the family and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

3. In reply, The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the conditions imposed by this Court so far. He further submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet also filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

4. In the light of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., till the charge sheet is taken on file and thereafter before the trial Court on all hearing date without fail.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
