ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner in the post of PG Assistant in Chemistry pursuant to Notification No.01/2021 dated 09.09.2021 based on his marks and communal rotation in the vacancy existing in the post of PG Assistant Chemistry in the SC category on account of selected candidates not joining the post of PG Assistant in Chemistry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 21.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders
on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
