The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the elections and Annual General Body Meeting scheduled to be held on 30.06.2018 strictly as per the 5th respondent's Articles of Association/ Constitution.

2.The prayer in the Writ Petition itself clearly shows that the election was to be held on 30.06.2018 and hence, the same has become infructuous and the Writ Petition fails.
