ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2019 and consequently, to dispose the petitioner's representation within a stipulated time period.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent on 25.12.2019, challenging the sale deed executed by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent as fraudulent one and it is pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

3. Considering the above, the 1st respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner, 3rd and 4th respondents and counter parties, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2019, after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
