CR NO.358/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.14713 of 2021 by an order dated 25/08/2021(sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.25,000/-) Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PUSHPARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 25.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14713 of 2021, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of The Chief Educational Officer, Ranipet without prejudice to his defence before the Judicial Magistrate, Arkadu, Ranipet.

2. This court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 25.08.2021 imposing the condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only). Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount and was granted anticipatory bail. However, now the petitioner filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.14713 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021.

4. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on petitioner representation and no interference is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
