This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a Final report in Crime No.329 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed as ' Mistake of Fact'.
