ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for a Mandamus directing the respondents i.e., the Officials of the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TANGEDCO), to effect name transfer of WEG Wind Fan No.079204720839 from M/s.Adity Priyanka Energy LLP to the name of the Petitioner M/s.Greennsure Power Pvt. Ltd along with utility change from sale to board category to group captive scheme.

2. The same request has been made in an application dated 31.05.2023. The receipt of the application is not in dispute. Insofar as the same has been acknowledged and that the petitioner states that he has remitted the charge, there should be any embargo upon the respondents to consider the application on merit and pass orders accordingly.

3. Mr.D.R.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that it will be done expeditiously and in any event within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations.
