Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on first and third Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
