ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.25197/2011 dated 29.11.2012, came forward to file the present contempt petition.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has

been complied with by the 1st respondent, vide G.O.[2D].No.271, Revenue [Ser-9[3]] Department, dated 26.03.2014 and the compassionate ground appointment has already been given to the petitioner also. He has also produced a copy of the said with the Government order, which is taken on file and record.

In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
