COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the writ petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the Commissioner of Differently Abled issued an order in proceedings dated 13.08.2015 regularizing the services of the writ petitioners with effect from 01.06.2006 and the monetary benefits were granted from 01.04.2015.

2.In view of the fact that the Commissioner has passed an order redressing the grievances of the writ petitioners, no further adjudication is required and the learned counsel for the petitioners also made a submission that the grievances of the petitioners are already redressed.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
