(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the non-applicants.

2. These are applications for condonation of delay in filing appeal.

3. It is submitted that one appeal was filed earlier and the

same is within limitation. However, the other appeals are filed wherein there is a delay of 229 days.

4. Considering the reasons given in the applications and the fact that other appeal against the same order is already pending before this Court, the delay caused in filing the present appeals are condoned. The applications are allowed and disposed of.

5. Place the appeals, along with W.A.No.374 of 2023, on 11.07.2023.
