This petition has been filed to relax the condition para 6(b) imposed on him by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10564 of 2025 by order dated 08.04.2025 and surety dated 09.04.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition in para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, until further orders, is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered.
