For Petitioner in both C.R.P.s : Mr. K.V.Babu C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the fair orders passed in I.A.Nos. 2 & 3 of 2019 in O.S.No.4520 of 2019 passed by learned XI Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 03.07.2019 respectively.

2. Today, when the matters taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for Revision Petitioner submitted a memo stating that subsequent to the order passed by this Court dated 05.07.2019, the 2nd respondent /1st defendant participated in the election and succeeded in the election for the 2/4

office of International Director of The International Association of Lions Club. Thereafter, he has also assumed office and served as International Director for the term of 2019 to 2021 originally and subsequently, due to global pandemic, it was extended to till 30th June 2022. He has also produced the proof for the same along with the memo. In view of the same, the relief sought in I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 became infructuous and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the above C.R.P.s and hence, the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the memo filed by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
