Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to writ the preliminary examination to be held on 09.06.2018 for the post of Civil Judge in Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service (in WMP No.16222/2018) pending WP.13751/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.SAJEEVKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and MRS.C.N.G.NIRAINAMATHI Advocate(TNPSC) for the Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has received the hall ticket to write the examination. Hence, no interim direction is necessary.
