ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition of reporting before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (In Financial Establishment) Act 1997, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until 1/4

further orders as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4890 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has already relaxed the conditions imposed on the co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner has been appearing before the Trial Court for more than 110 days. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the bail condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4890 of 2025 dated 02.04.2025 that 'the petitioners shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' is modified to the effect that "the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and also before the respondent police as and when summons are issued for his appearance".
