PRAYER IN HCP NO.969 OF 2021:

This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India pleased to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling upon the production of the records relating to the detention order dated 10.06.2021 made in detention order in D.O.No.C2/15/2021 passed by the 2nd respondent herein quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenu Thiru.Santhi wife of Arumugam aged 33/2021 who has been detained in Central Prison for women Vellore.

ORDER:This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the presence of Mr.M.Senthil Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents, the Court made the following order; [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J] This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to fix an early date for final hearing of H.C.P NO.969 of 2021. 2.Heared the learned counsel for the petitioner. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we find that no sufficient reason has been given to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
