When the matter came up for hearing on 13.09.2022, Mr.S.Sridharan, learned counsel submitted that they have given a change of Vakalat. In this background, the name of the petitioner has been printed in the cause list and inspite of the same, none appears on behalf of the petitioner today. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for default. However, in case the petitioner is of the view that the cause of action still survives, liberty is hereby granted to her to file an application seeking to review the present order, which application shall be filed within a period of 60 days from today.
