ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash GO (Ms) No.582 Home (Police - XVII) Department dated 05.11.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and direct the respondents herein to refix the seniority in the cadre of District Fire Officer in Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services based on merits within the time frame as may be fixed by the Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's seniority has been refixed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
