O R D E R

Notice, which is accepted by Mr.G.Veerapathiran, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.

2.In view of the prolonged indisposition of the Presiding Arbitrator, it is agreed that the mandate of the Arbitrator be terminated leaving it to the two other Arbitrators to nominate the Presiding Arbitrator.

3.Original Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
