ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.S.Kothandaram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader, for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Respondent No.4 is served. None appears for respondent No.4.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submits that S.No.224 is a public cart track and the encroachment was removed. However, the same persons have encroached again. The respondent authorities would now proceed further for removal of encroachment. The encroachment will be removed within four weeks in accordance with law.

In view of the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
