ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 392 of IPC in Crime No.1025 of 2020 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant went to the beach opposite to Asia Gas Agency, Ennore , the petitioner along with other accused persons waylaid the defacto complainant and snatched his phone and camera and his friend's purse at knife point . Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution, Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the stolen property was not recovered. He further submits that there is no previous case against the petitioner.

5. Considering the submissions on either side and also the fact that the stolen property was not recovered, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
