By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent not to register any documents presented by the fourth respondent with respect to S.F.No.388/2B, Elambalur Village, Perambalur District, without hearing the petitioner's objection dated 20.05.2024.

It is the contention of the writ petitioner that the private respondent is trying to deal with petitioner share, taking advantage of the patta issued in her name. As against the patta proceedings, the petitioner has already filed an appeal and the same is pending. Hence, she seeks a direction.

At the outset, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition is not maintainable for the simple reason that as far as the co-owners are concerned, they have every right to deal with their undivided share in the property.
