This application is filed by the applicant seeking to extend the time for completion of Arbitration between the applicant and respondents by a period of six months.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. Counter Affidavit has been filed by the respondents. It is stated that the pleadings are complete and only arguments are to be advanced in the arbitral proceedings.

4. With the consent of both the learned counsel, time is extended by six months finally for completion of arbitral proceedings from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The parties are directed to co-operate with the learned Arbtirator for passing of the award as expeditiously as possible.
