No.1307 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No.26998 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025 and thus render justice.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl M.P. No.1307 of 2025 in Crl.O.P. No.26998 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
