This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12198 of 2022 on 23.05.2022, that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and shall report before the Trichy Town Hall Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, and 05.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
