This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in 6(b) that the petitioner shall stay on Chennai and report before the Trail Court daily at 10.30 am, for a period of three months, in bail order granted to the petitioner on 23.01.2025 in Crl.OP.No.628 of 2025 in CC.No.502 of 2024 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in Crime No.6 of 2025 on the file of respondent police. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.628 of 2025, dated 23.01.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Trail Court daily at 10.30 am, for a period of three months is relaxed.
